I thought the length of %233 was a bit longer even with using the guide. I swear I used %233 when I was ovulating. I see things have changed. Yes, 17 years postmenopausal and Mounjaro hit me hard, so I had to temporarily re-enter the world of sanitary napkins.

I am not having full on periods but enough to need protection and and I am so happy these are thin and discreet! And if I had realized the actual length I may have gone up a size for overnight protection. But I am still very happy with these. I especially like the adherence of the tape on both the body and the wings. They work so much better in 2025. No adhesive sticking to the cotton underwear.

This size works for me every day as Im 81 years old %26 deal with some incontinence. They also work at night too. Price is affordable!

Required these after a surgery. Love the length of these for bedtime, no need to worry about any leaks whatsoever. The thinness of them is nice too, doesn’t feel really bulky or uncomfortable. I was also able to wear them under sweats and jeans and they weren’t noticeable at all. Definitely recommend these.

Very pleased

These pads are so long and cover the entire panty! It absorbs the blood and does not allow it to get everywhere. Perfect for nighttime and daytime use. They have more of a smoother feel to them versus a cotton feel. I prefer this kind of material. Always is definitely better than what else is out there these days.

Amazing

I recently tried the Always brand pads without wings, Size 1, and they're a good option for light flow or everyday protection. These pads are very thin and comfortable, so it's easy to forget you're wearing one. Even without wings, they stay in place surprisingly well for regular daily movement. I like that they provide a smooth fit under clothes and don't feel bulky. The absorption is reliable for lighter days, giving a sense of freshness and security. Overall, they're a convenient and comfortable choice for light protection.

Pros: A good fit, wings wrap around underwear well, seem to absorb well.
Cons: THE MATERIEAL AGAINST THE SKIN IS LIKE SANDPAPER. I usually get the flex foam type but I needed a larger size because of leaks, and they didn't have the larger size of that type when I looked, so I got this type instead thinking it wouldn't be too much different. That was a mistake. I am in my 30s and have gone through many pads  in my life and these are by far the worst in overall experience of wearing them. I wore them one extra day because you think you're done and get a little spotting sometimes and low and behind when I used the bathroom there was blood on the pad but NOT menstral blood. This pad had rubbed away the skin around the edge of my underwear where the wings wrap around and caused it to bleed.

I am giving 2 stars purely because it has a good size and absorbancy, but AT WHAT COST??
