Stays connected, even if I'm using a Motorola, which is great.
When I select music control, the screen stays on that mode, very useful when I'm riding the bicycle, the band is very comfortable. no mechanical buttons, which is a plus for me.
It is prepped for Alexa also. 
And it won't break the bank.

I tried similar sizes in the $20 range before, but they won't work as smooth as this one

Love it!

I think Amazfit band 7 is revolutionary overall, just being able to track steps accurately, but the downside to it is the inaccuracy of calories in weight lifting activities and sometimes my heart rate. Love the way it is uncomfortable on my arms and tracking my daily calorie burned.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Do u workout? This is a good smart watch for you, just try to find something to protect the screen that was the only thing I didn't like about because it's easy to get scratched.

I bought it to monitor my heart rate due to a possible medical issue. It works great so far. My only issue is that it does make my arm ache a little. Not the skin but it feels like the bones ache. This could be all in my head because I'm just not used to wearing a watch.

I like it

I only wear it while working out, and it works well to track my heart rate while running or doing yoga. The GPS does not sync with my phone properly when I'm running if I start the workout from the watch itself, so I make sure to do that with the phone. Docked a star because that seems a bit wonky, but the workaround is fine, so it's not a big problem. I can't start a yoga workout from the phone, but that seems to work fine (no GPS involved). I got it during the Black Friday sale -- especially discounted, you really can't beat the price.

Solid, basic fitness tracker watch

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a very small wrist. The device fits my wrist loosely on the tightest hole.  I find it hard to close the strap.  The device often congratulates me on standing for the past hour when I have been sitting and tells me to walk (X %23) of steps  to meet some goal for the hour.  And, often tells me I have been sitting when I have, in fact, been standing.  I contacted the company and they had an explanation but not a resolution.  I do like how easy it is to look at the device and see how many steps I have taken, at least, by the device's count.  I do not like that it still lights up during the night during the hours it is not supposed.  And, lastly, I am unable to read the number of steps when outside in the bright light.

More negatives than positives

I previously had a band 5 and loved it for simplicity. Simple face, info easily read and displayed. The 7 has many different faces to choose from and none are really simple.

NO iinstructions came with this watch, could not set it up--so i returned it to the  store on 1 /31/25-- but have not gotten refund.
