I've been using this black seed oil for 2 months now, and can really tell a difference. It's help me sleep better at night, It's helps with my digesting and elimination of food, It's given me increased energy during the day and I use it on my face for smoother skin. Appears to be exactly what I wanted, top quality, perfectly packaged.  I heard this product described and as far as I can tell with only 3 weeks usage, it provides what I was expecting, but faster than I would have expected.  The taste is AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL but I use small doses on a cracker, breaking up the dosage to twice daily, starting with a quarter dose total daily, working up to the full recommended dose.

I purchased the product for my 90 year old mother with arthritis. After 10 days, I have noticed mom being a bit more limber in her arms and no complaints with her ROM exercises with her arms. She doesnot like the taste so I mix it in a small amount of orange or pineapple juice.

Potent, seemed to work a few hours after taking orally, a half or less of a droplet.  At first no taste, then a few seconds and it hit.  Drank water and had to eat something to get the bad taste out.  It seemed to work my intestines several times that day, which is why I said it works.  I bought it for several health properties it has.  I have authoritis bad, so may use topical as well, and mix with castor oil.

Arrived sooner than expected and in good shape.  I order this product often. It is good for a host of health issues. Consumers google the benefits of blackseed oil prior to purchasing and consuming. I personally use it for my allergies. It shrinks the polyps in my nose.

Wonderful product.

This product is amazing! A co-worker first told me about the oil and I just had to try it.  I'm not a “pill person” so this is my daily vitamin.  Once I started drinking it I noticed i started having very deep sleeps.  Nothing too alarming.  I never had trouble falling asleep before but this feels as though I might've had Ny'Quil without  actually drinking medicine.  If you have sleeping issues you might want to speak with your doctor first.
