Paired it with the shampoo and after about a week, hubby has seen a lot less hair loss. This is NOT a miracle growth duo so don't expect hair to start sprouting like grass after a storm. It does however strengthen the follicles to prevent hair from falling out and allowing it it's time to grow out as it should. This in turn makes it look thick and lively over all. My husband is looking so handsome!

Shipping lol

I used to absolutely love this product.  But they've changed the formula or something as it has gone from being wonderfully thick like greek yogurt to running out of my hand before I can get it into my hair.  I love the smell and the tingle, but the apparent reformulation is awful.  I called American Crew to report how runny it is and they suggested that I buy from a certified dealer - which I am - but the same watery product has been purchased multiple times (I've even returned a couple of bottles).  I think I'm done dealing with this and will find another minty conditioner.
