This light hold texture lotion is exactly what I was looking for in a hair product. A little goes a long way to control hair while providing a healthy looking shine and it allows fine hair to retain body without matting it down. In addition it washes out easily with little effort.

It took me to age 27 to figure out what product to use on my hair as I dislike when my hair feels like sticks or fake. I found this product at 27 and never looked back or change. It holds, but, feels like nothing is in my hair and looks natural and playful as I want.

Liked the way it holds without the stiffness some products create.  
Disliked that the price keeps going up (have used this product for years and it seems every time I order it, its gotten a few dollars more expensive but I would  rather pay the premium and have something that works for me.

Not cheap but worth it

I like this hair lotion, it's basically a leave in conditioner. I comb my hair the way I want it, spread the lotion over my hair while it's damp and kind of scratch it down to the scalp without disturbing the style too much, then recomb. Then I just let it dry for an hour or so and pat my hair to get rid of the wet shower look which you can leave if you like that look. It smells good and gives a light hold, but nothing like gel or pomades do, but it also doesn't make your hair hard or sticky either.

I've used this Light Hold Texture Lotion for years and it is a great product.  It does what it says by delivering textile and control without being heavy.  Just a small amount does wonders for curly or dry hair.  I make sure I never run out and recommend it highly.  Give it a try!

An Excellent Hair Product

I just started using this. I like it ok but. . . the bottle. As the cream gets lower in the bottle, it becomes more effort (upside down shaking, sceezing) to get a dab out. Many brands have added lids that allow the bottle to sit upside down. It would certainly be helpful.

But the bottle

There isn't anything special about this light hold. Might be a bit too fragrant for my taste. Very little hold. It might moisturize the hair a bit because its lotion. So that isn't bad. But it didn't provide the hold I was looking for.
