When product first arrived the small tote bag was missing a handle but the company sent me a new one within two days free of charge.

I love the luggage. I was worried ordering online what it would look like or be like durability wise. I ordered them for my daughter to go back to college with. They are great my daughter loves them.

Great luggage set for the money.

Ignored ALL the negative reviews (because sometimes people are just too picky) and bought this because it looked ADORABLE and due to price I thought they'd be decently durable. However, the moment I got them out of the box my smile turned to a frown because I knew that I should have listened to the bad reviews. The material was SO cheap. They looked cheap! Like you couldn't even fake the cheapness, they just looked tacky in person. Not like the picture at all. There was no hard backing all. I immediately tried taking them back to the store (which I knew I couldn't but my trip was in less than 5 days) and even the lady at the help desk told me they looked super cheap. That's when you know you're in trouble. Well, I couldn't return them there so I returned them to the provider and luckily they returned the money right away. Do NOT buy this, you'll be disappointed.
