I bought this for my twin girls 4th birthday and WE absolutely love it. Its big enough for more than 2 children. Its strong and I can see it lasting for a long time.
I convince my sister in law to get one for her 8 year old daughter.

Very happy with this dollhouse. It is fairly sturdy and large. The accessories are fairly basic, but keep my children happy. The dollhouse came in a lot of pieces, so it took a fair time to put together. I like that it is a fairly open concept too.

Every piece had GREASE marks on them.  not sure if returns are being checked but it was disgusting and i could not assemble for Christmas, which was unfortunate since it was the one thing my daughter really wanted

My daughter was really excited to get this. As I tried putting it together, it felt like some pieces were going to snap if I applied the necessary pressure locking them into place. It's all sticky. Oh, and there is no hardware to screw pieces together. I should have just shelled out the extra $40 and bought the Barbie brand dream house.

Huge waste of money.
