Bought two Vormax toilets for Christmas about six years ago when my lovely wife was alive ( Feb 11, 2019 she passed away from ALS ) because Christmas shopping is difficult when the Mrs has everything.  Chair height, rim cleaning, total flush with ease was a winner.  Over time I replaced the flappers but not the total assembly = Duh ???  As a now disabled Vet ( 60 % )
I said to myself " Self " buy one assembly and see the results.  Had my go to neighbor install it and finally it seals and works like brand new.  Ordering the second assembly while writing this review.
Thank you very much.  For a few years I was a VIP reviewing new products and somewhere along the line I must have goofed up because I am no longer a VIP.  Military career was submarines, demolition diver and then a commissioned Deep Sea Diving Officer.  My early life was either under or in the water for 20 years and later a degreed Naval Engineer.

Vormax When You Want to Sit on the Best !!!

Correct parts for a perfect repair, I only needed the adjustment screw, but couldn't find only that, I just replaced the whole valve setup though, since I had it, the commode works great now!

Great products, fast shipping!

Vormax flapper system for the toilet. Self installed.  I watched a YouTube video and was able to install. Was having a leaking toilet problem with ghost fillings. Works like a charm now.

With no plumbing experience I was able to install.

VorMax Flapper

This part was exactly what we needed to fix the running/draining problem in our tank caused by warping in the gaskets of the original flapper assembly. However, the 3-star rating is due to our toilet being only 2 years old and already needing to have a part replaced. This is not acceptable. We will remember this whenever we are next in the market for bathroom fixtures.

Correct part, but for how long?

Seems to have arrived in good shape despite the fact that it was listed as "Flapper Assembly In Blister Card ".  It was not in a blister card, it was in a crushed, thin, single thickness cardboard box inside of a bubble envelope.  However, I may have learned what I needed to solve my problem.  The right chain gets wrapped around the latch when I flush, leaving the right stopper unable to seat.  The new unit has a black tubing that covers the bottom portion of that chain.  My old one has the black tubing high up on the chain.  I was able to slide the tubing down quite easily, so that the chain can no longer wrap around the latch.  Unfortunately, the tubing is loose, and will probably slide right back up.  I can make it stay with some RTV.  So, while unnecessarily costly, I at least was able to compare the two.

Comparing old to new assembly really helped

This seal didn't even last two years on red flapper before blistering and leaking water, no harsh chemical where used in tank to clean it.  Terrible design. Will be replacing toilets with another brand.

Vormax flapper recall

This is the second flapper I've needed to purchase for a toilet that i bought less than 3 years ago. It's very frustrating to have to purchase parts for a new toilet.
