I love this product for styling. love the consistancy and the instant hold. I braid with this product. It temporarily holds edges and hair but I don't give my clients the expectation it will last all day.

Styling purposes

I heard this was great for braid styles and I luckily found it on clearance and bought a bunch!  I used it on my 5 yr old daughter's natural hair styles first and it holds up well after a day of playing.  It works well for my twist styles and to use after hair washing on edges.  It reminds me of Let's Jam.  It's light and doesn't flake!

Awesome product! I'm buying more! The way it works on my daughter and my hair, laying it down effortlessly without having to straighten. A must have now added to our hair care products.

My new requirement!

I love this stuff! It makes my hair so shiny and manageable when i sleek my hair for ponytails. Only draw back is that I wish it wasn't so greasy. Even when I sleep with a scarf, the oils in the product seep through and stain the pillow case thus the reason for four stars.

Shine n Jam Silk Edges

This is by far the best product/jam I have used when servicing my clients. It does well on all hair textures and has a great/firm hold. I highly recommend for all braiders.
