This is a great set of canisters; I have a sage green counter top that is marbled with shades of brown and black - since I have a black microwave and black coffee maker and my flat top range has a black top - so these look awesome.  Because they have stainless steel lids, they accent the other items in my kitchen that have some chrome or stainless steel (i.e. my kitchen faucet, toaster, trim on my dishwasher, etc.)  I think they are well made.  Also, I like that they do not have the wooden spoons on the side like many similar sets - wooden spoons start to age and do not look nice after a while.

I HAVE A WHITE ONE JUST LIKE THIS BLACK ONE.

I really like my new Anchor Hocking canister set. I use the smaller ones for sugar and tea bags and the larger two for coffee beans and creamer. They have a nice modern design that looks great on the kitchen and the stainless steel tops look great.

I bought this long before I reviewed it. it's cute and decent sized. came with a dented lid on one and I decided to just live with it instead of returning it. I needed it when I got it and didn't have time to try and find a replacement. took a star away for it coming damaged but I'd suggest this set

They ended up being smaller than what I thought they would be. But are still usable.

Two of the tops are airtight and two of them close loosely. Not worth returning as I drink my ground coffee quickly. These are holding a variety of ground coffee beans and a mushroom blend I add to my coffee.
They do look very nice.

Don't waste your time and money...you Will have to return this item! The lids are all twisted from poor packaging (the box is too small) and because of that the locks don't line up to lock. I tried gently twisting them to line them up but they kept going back to their original twisted position. Also, the locking portion seems to be made of aluminum and bends! And the seals on the lids keep falling off. Despite all of these problems even a larger box wouldn't help because they are just Extremely Poor Quality. Maybe, if they used metal instead of aluminum they'd be OK but they're not large enough to hold a 5LB. bag of flour or sugar if that's your purpose of this purchase.
