Versatility

Simple navigation with clear measurements.

Can be ergonomic and sturdy, but also small and uncomfortable.

Measurements are easily visible and well-labeled.

Made with high-quality materials for accurate measurements.

Holds 1-2 cups for common cooking and baking measurements.

Measuring cups are offered at a lower cost.

If you mix batters and bread you need this glass measuring cup. Liquid measures are of different amounts than non liquid items like flour, rice, oatmeal, etc. I actually just found this out. As most people I thought a cup was the same for milk and flour. It makes a difference on how your cooking turns out. This glass has easily read measurements. It very comfortable to hold and pour. And, it's a very good price!

This cup is thicker glass than most!

It is well made and replaces the one we broke. The 2 cup size is my favorite. The spout pours nicely. I use this size with a drink frother to blend my eggs (3-4) foe making omelets and egg drop soup.

My favorite size.

This measuring cup is heavy and it is a bit awkward to handle, compared to my last glass measuring cup. I like the lettering on it, which is crisp and clear. The price point was excellent, making it a GREAT value over every other measuring I looked at.

I use this in the microwave to heat water for pour overs for coffee. It is heavy thick glass with nice large readable measurements. Unfortunately the design is less than optimum and it leaks and drips water on the counter when pouring. I don't know if I got a defective one. Anchor Hocking is a reputable brand and I have other products made by them that are fine. Can't give this one high marks though.

Sorry, Anchor Hocking - Grade "C-"

This item has "Incorrect measuring markings" I measured with two other items from my home. Pyrex glass mixing bowl and a metal mixing bowl. The markings were clearly placed onto the measuring device but this was incorrect with how much the cup held and the actual measurement. This isn't good for any cooking that needs accurate measurements. It was a good price but don't assume this item is good for making a recipe complete. I do not recommend this item.

Incorrect Measurement Markings

Regardless of getting a reduced price for this, there is no reason to sell one that is chipped on the bottom AND has mysterious black almost like paint splatter (which cannot be removed with the back of the teflon sponge) I had this 2 cup Anchor Hocking measuring cup delivered so it isn't something I missed! Not happy with this at all.

Great product I got a chipped one with paint sp

This object was broken in the box when it arrived.

This is absolutely the worst measuring cup I have ever used. It has no, I mean no lip to it. I purchased this in America and brought it to our home in Austria to use. I just today (9/11/26) used it for the first time and the liquid just pours down the front. Not returning to the states until mid October when I can no longer return the item

The first time I used this I was adding warm water to flour and it exploded sending glass all over the floor and on the counter

It exploded and broke

Very disappointed. The measuring cup arrived with a chipped/rough handle and part of the printed measurements was already worn off. This should not happen with a brand new product. I expected much better quality.

Anchor Hocking 500ml Measuring Cup front-facing view of clear tempered glass with heavy thick walls, bright red fired-on graduations in cups, ounces and millilitres, easy-grip handle and pour spout; made in USA, microwave and dishwasher safe, suitable for portioning sauces or organising craft beads.
