Sometimes nothing comes out when I squeeze the rubber top. Then I have to open the bottle and shake out the product. Surely you can improve the delivery system.

So a lot of the serum can't be squeezed out of the bottle.
It's not cheap and frustrating that a lot of it gets wasted.
