Icing my ankle and heel has been super annoying. I had resorted to half-filling a bag of ice and putting it on a pillow on a chair and resting my foot on that. The pillow helped the ice come up around my ankle a bit but it was always a pain. This is SO much easier to use. I fill with water and ice and then get my foot in there. My upper ankle stays dry, my toes stay dry, and I can sit like a normal person in a chair. 10/10 would recommend.
