I did a big no-no, I was cooking some chicken breasts with no oil or anything and then got a call that turned into a very long one and forgot that it was still cooking. When I got back to the kitchen the smoke alarms were going off and I had literally burnt the beasts into a black lump of Charcoal. I was so upset that I had ruined the pan and its non-stick surface as well as smoked out that part of the house... well, it was a pain getting it totally clean and took some major work. I can see on the surface where they had burnt into the coating, it is a bit lighter there and noticeable. I figured that my 10 incher was done, but nope it is still non-stick when I tested some scrambled eggs. Good stuff for sure!! Wish my mistake wasn't noticeable on the pan but it a good reminder for the future!

But most of all, its my go to frying pans when I'm cooking!!!
Liked it so much, that I bought a second set, just in case if they are no longer available.
I have an induction stove, can flip eggs without a spatula. I use silicone utensils to prolong the of the pans.

I purchased these 8.5 and 10 inch to replace Anolon skillets purchased back in 2002, yes that is almost 20 years ago.  Their 12 inch sibling was replaced in 2017, also with Anolon.  While the pans were not used daily they did see weekly use and were always treated with proper care - nylon utensils, hand washed, and no excessive heat.  
I am very impressed on how evenly these Nouvelle Lux skillets cook.  The copper does make a difference.  
In my opinion Anolon is to non stick cookware what All Clad is to stainless steel and Le Creuset is to enameled cast iron. . . and that is an excellent product recommendation!

A Satisfied Repeat Anolon Customer

I didn't want to do this review until after I was able to use my pans….. I love them..   The food cooks evenly and I have not had any problems with food sticking.  The cooked food literally slides out.  Cleaning is a breeze, I love that the rivets were covered!  I would highly recommend this set, truly worth the price.

Get this pan set!

Excellent quality, I already own the set and these pans are great. Just don't run them through the dishwasher on high heat with steam. The coating suffered some damage. However, I'm so happy with the pan set that I decided to replace and buy the 10qt.

Excellent quality

Love the oven safe option.  Was expecting to have to use pot holders when using on stovetop but have been pleasantly surprised that I have not had to as of yet.  The fork in the handle close to the pan gets warm but not the back end.  Very even heat distribution and the nonstick attribute is always good.  Not to mention they're dishwasher safe.

Really good pans

Fantastic pans.  Absolutely beautiful.  So pretty they can sit out instead of being hidden in a cupboard.  Very heavy.  I like the weight it seems quality. But if you are frail or weak it might be hard to lift and pour out contents one handed.

I have had Anolon for probably 20 years now and love them.  Unfortunately, I left both of my pans on without food in them by mistake and ruined them so I have repurchased the 8.5 and 10 inch pans.  I know they will last me for years.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am more than pleased with these skillets. These are completely non stick as described. I prefer to cook with little to no grease. I have found that when cooking with these they require no grease or even spray. We have used these to cook bacon, stir fry, veggies, meats and fish, the food did not stick whatsoever. The skillets heat evenly and cook evenly as well. Best of all these clean easily! I always hand wash all my pots and pans, these wash up easily with little to no effort. I recommend these and have recommended these to family and friends. My sister bought them and she is just as happy with them as I am. I plan on purchasing this set for as gifts.

Durable, Non stick, high quality skillet set

I bought two skillets (8" & 10") about 1 month ago. Both were warped on one side. Warping is noticeable enough that when a lid is placed on either skillet, the lid does not fit as tight as it should. I decided to keep the skillets because it costs almost as much to pay for return as it did for the cost of the skillets. I can't understand how both skillets were able to pass a quality inspection before shipping. I have decided to use them on outdoor grill only.
