Goo overall buying experience

This is the second Anova Pro that we have purchased from Walmart.  
The first did not even light up when plugged in.  The second one lit up but every time we tried to program it the red light came on.
Did so much research to be sure it was a good product.  But it seems that it may have been compromised by the Walmart secondary seller.  Good price but useless!!!!
