Simple operation with minimal effort required.

Large base may not accommodate smaller book sizes securely.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ANPRO book lights are very night with 3 settings, the design is very good; however I really thought they would not be as bulky as they are.

walmart.com

these lights are absolutely excellent!! i have been reafing before bed a lot lately and needed a really good, rechargeable book light. these are absolutely wonderful! there are 2 different light settings a warm and a bright. very easy to use and the clip works very well.

excellent book light!!!

Great to read without waking up my husband with the bright light of a table lamp. Insomnia is a mean thing, so I read in the middle of the night so I dont have to be on my phone and kill what little melatonin I have left. They don't require frequent charging. Ive been giving them away as gifts for other insomniacs to promote reading lol . They all love them and they recharge quickly. The magnet works also as a nice bookmark

Great for insomnia reading

These are incredible. Very strong light without being overwhelming. And I love that it's rechargeable, so you don't have to worry about batteries. A single charge lasts quite a while too, multiple days with a lot of use or close to a month with minimal, occasional use. Great price for a great product, especially since you get two in a pack.

i dont use it for books i use it for my lap top at night.i have a laptop stand and it clips right on to it.just what i needed

just what i needed

I've bought these before a couple years ago and they are still working great but I was looking for a friend and decided to get myself another pair. Clamp is big enough to hold pages of book securely and the light covers a larger area then some I've had. Having a pair of them is great for having one charging while using the other one.

LED light

great little set of reading lights for our camper bed area.
the magnet mounting option was an unexpected bonus: the metal disc adheres firmly to the wall and the light securely sticks to it magnetically. the light has not fallen down even on some bouncy country roads. my old lights clipped to a little bar, but i like this magnet mount a lot better.
**super-tip**: our old lights had a little sealed lifepo battery unit that went bad. when i looked into replacing the old rechargeable batteries...they cost 2x what i paid for the light originally! these lights use lifepo AAA batteries...so if they fail, then i can replace the batteries at a regular price, not a "specialty" custom battery price. win-win!

I thought they would be larger they're very very tiny. The head of the light is as long as your thumb and is wide as your thumb. other than that they seem to work fine and if it is something small that you want then these will be perfect. otherwise if you want larger ones that may project a little more light, this might not be a good fit.

smaller than I thought

brittle, fragile, goes off and on, one slid to the floor (maybe two feet with some papers onto a plastic file box and wood floor and went to pieces. I have maybe 10 of these from Amazon ("peanut") that have held up for many years. These are a mess.

The one I tried for bedtime reading: light was too bright even on "yellow" for night reading. Clip was too fat for use with a book. :( :( :( :( :(
