Ease Of Assembly

Build Quality

Value For Money

Cover Fit

Sturdiness

Instruction Clarity

Made with a construction that can support heavy loads.

Built to withstand corrosion and last for years.

Can be straightforward, but sometimes unclear in specific steps.

Requires minimal effort with supplied tools.

I had the trailer on my full suspension MTB and now I have an eBike. Both enjoyable to tow the trailer.
A standard picnic cooler actually fits into the box! BONUS for using as a grocery getter.
When I got a flat I had to buy 14" tubes not 16" as depicted. Odd rim.
I have scraped the Oxford Black Cloth cover when it flipped. One wheel hit on a street bump. Anyone know where to get a replacement cover? Maybe Aosom or Amazon?

Great trailer!

The Aosom Bike trailer is truly awesome. Very easy to assemble and connects securely to my bicycle. Capable of carrying heavy loads.

Very Happy!

I searched the internet extensively to make a choice of cycle trailer. There are so many, in a wide range of prices and customer reviews , so it was a tricky decision to home in on this one. It arrived on time with all parts and simple instructions. The steel pressed spanner and allen key you should ignore and get a ratchet spanner, a phiilips screwdriver and some grease ( or vaseline) to protect water entering for the wheel hubs. Whenever I assemble something that will see the light of day and some rain I will spray WD40 on all the bolts etc. The residue makes it easier to adjust them later and to avoid corrosion in a few years time. The trailer is well made. Another customer was critical of the welding, citing the fact that two welds had holes. These holes are there to prevent condensate build up within the tubular frame and are placed equidistant at the least critical weld points in the frame - so full marks for engineering design!Assembly is intuitive and the tow bar fixing to the bike stem simple and effective. Just make sure that the fixing clamp that holds the male connector for the tow bar sprung clutch is set with enough space under the saddle to reach and press the orange coloured clutch to detach the tow bar. ( Look at my photos) Attaching ( by pushing on) and detaching the trailer is easy. The plastic container is very strong - I sat on it to assemble the frame and it did not distort at all and I am close to 17 Stone in weight! The tyres pump up easily once you have made sure the pump connector is fully tightened to the valve stem but its hard work using a sports type pump. They are small tyres so it does not take much to get them hard enough - I gauged them to 40 lbs.The cover is excellent quality and fits exactly.I am so delighted with this trailer - all that research was worth it! I recommend it to anyone who wants a robust, smart and simple bike trailer.

Impressive value and clever design

aosom.com

I LOVE this trailer! Quick delivery, easy assembly, well made, just what I was looking for. I am using it to pick up groceries (bring the trailer right in the store- just like a grocery cart - amazing great) as well as transport "stuff" to school/work. Drives smoothly, maneuvers great ... it's perfect! And quite the deal.

Cathie

Great design that you can pull by hand or with a bike. Super easy assembly. Very well thought out design. It's lightweight but tough. I put a 40 lb generator in it and pulled it with an ebike and could hardly tell it was there. This product exceeded my expectations in almost every way. I highly recommend it.

Great design, better than I expected

Expect to mess around with it a bunch if you're doing a custom mount, there were some build issues on mine but the company was lovely and very reasonable; I was able to have a local guy fix a couple problems in the frame because the metal tubing is very robust. The tub and cover are useful enough for the average user but I see the fabric cover wearing out, I am using mine for a ebike camping. I spent countless hours scouring stores for a tub with a lid that fit inside the frame and finally melted this 27gal hdx a bit shoved it in and used some metal strapped to secure it to the frame.I swapped out the spring on the hitch for a heavy gate spring and also fabbed up a custom plate and mount for the pin hitch for my heavy duty rack. While I was at it I took the housing apart and added a heavier spring to the latch button and epoxied a few bits that looked flimsy. My load out with trailer is roughly 100# incl. water and consumables for 3-4 nights and it makes the trips an absolute dream.Overall I would recommend it because the company is very pleasurable to deal with and stands by their product and the frame design is very sturdy and has a low center off gravity.-K

May need work to use but great bones and good company

There's really no similar cart so I do not regret buying this but the tires failed after very little use. The plastic box is well made and sturdyAfter contacting the seller they reimbursed me for my issues so I must highly recommend this seller. Excellent customer service!!!!

Must modify things

I was wondering why trailer keeps on getting unhitched damaging both rubber grip. Only to find out that the tow bar connector was cracked. Had only about 35 pounds of load (4 12V 12ah lead acid batteries to power my newly converted electric beach cruiser) which is not even half the recommended max weight limit of 88 lbs. Was happy with the product until the tow bar connector cracked. It was disappointing. Hoping I would get a replacement.

Cracked Tow Bar Connector

Very noisy to pull behind a bike. The plastic insert bounces around and makes a lot of noise. I had to put a layer in the frame underneath the container to stifle the noise. There are better options available than this one.

Very noisy to pull behind a bike

I took this trailer on a 3 day bike trip and both tubes blew out. Luckily I had spare tubes of better quality than the ones that came with it. The plastic wheels wobble and don't hold the tires on securely. I would not recommend this trailer unless they upgrade the wheels, tubes and tires.

Aosom gave me a full refund, with no hassles. They were great to work with.

Poor wheels
