Have had mine for only two weeks yet but it is working perfectly. Set up was easy, is doing everything that description says it should. Some of the complaints listed must have been resolved because I'm not seeing them. Camera is very clear.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Aosu wireless doorbell is far better than any other doorbell in my opinion. Not only is there no monthly subscription needed, the device can hold video footage without anything additional needed. The mount was very easy to install. There's an additional piece to the mount that helps angle it 15 degrees so it shows the person at the door. The outside chimes are nice, and so are the indoor doorbell chimes. The app is very easy to use. Night vision is great on this. The picture quality is superb high resolution. I'm also very shocked how quick and easy it is to watch the live view through the app. One great feature is that you can answer the doorbell through the app using pre-recorded messages or mask your voice for security. This can be wired or run on battery, which they claim lasts 6 months. I can't say enough good things about this! Highly recommend.

Step by step instructions and I love the different selection of slanted or regular base . The blue light makes it so easy to see in case lights are off the doorbell is a perfect chime .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm going to start off by saying how nice it is to have a good quality camera without having to pay a monthly or annual cost. It was pretty easy to setup. The image is very clear in daylight as well as the night time. It has a long battery time which is better than most devices that I've seen. Some of the features that are really nice is that you can prerecord a message, you can speak and hear through it, you get notification when there is movement, and it only alerts you when it's an actual living thing that set it off. I'm very happy with this doorbell camera.

It was so simple to set up. If I had to think of something that needed improvement, it would be that the camera sometimes is a little laggy as well as the notification on my phone that someone rang the doorbell.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The video quality for day and night is much better then my other camera. Sound is loud but clear. A little more of a lag in the voice option then I'm use to but not too bad. Easy to install. Things that really could make this top notch- you can't forward or rewind, you have to watch the entire clip. They have all these options to customize alert zone and to my experience they do nothing. It doesn't alert me until some one is directly in front of the doorbell or ringing it. Which, my prior other brand video camera constantly alerted me of people just walking on the sidewalk past my house so it's from one extreme to the other (too many vs too little alerts). I like that I don't have to pay to be able to review events. Big plus there. Couple upgrades to the app/function could make this perfect.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this Aosu Wireless Motion Detection Smart Video Doorbell Camera with 180 Day Battery and it seems about average overall. It's a little tricky to set up, so if you are not tech savvy, you may need some assistance. I was able to set it up without too many issues but I tend to be good with tech things like this. Overall, this seems like an average type of video doorbell product. It works as you'd expect in terms of being a video doorbell. The instructions could be improved, but I was able to figure it out. The product design is sleek and modern. I do like the way this doorbell looks. It has an app and connects to your wi-fi. There's a local storage option if you don't want to pay extra for the cloud storage option.

Average video doorbell

I bought this camera less 9 months ago and it stopped working properly after 7 months of use. The camera stopped detecting when people would walk by, which is the whole intent of my purchase -- for my personal safety. When trying to work with customer service through the app, on the phone and via email, they had me try to reset the system more than 5 times, with nothing working properly even after troubleshooting. They kept telling me to make sure it wasn't settings on my phone, but my phone has had the same settings the entire time I had the camera, it stopped working properly. They never replaced my defective camera even though they said they would. So, I've been without a properly working camera for the past 2 months, making me feel less safe. If you are looking for reliable customer service, don't get this camera. I will be purchasing from a brand that cares more about its customers. I would suggest you do, too.
