This works just like an iPhone without the GPS and cellular features.  I wish it would work with Apple Carplay, and that it had GPS.  Otherwise, this is an absolutely wonderful device that I use all the time for messages, email, and lots of other apps, especially home automation apps.

Great phone for the price! bought this phone as a Christmas present for my son and he loved it he no longer has to use his old glitchy phone and is able to play all the games he wants and is able to enjoy watching his videos at high speed. I would really recommend this iPod if you are able to buy it than do it! Don't overthink and just buy it this iPod was a lifesaver and my son is now able to play his favorite game Roblox!

Great iPod!

Perfect for my 11 year old! Hes not ready for a phone. It this gets him accustomed to the operation and to responsibility!

Great for pre-teens

Bought this to replace a 15 year old generation 6 model that I only use to store my music on. The old one would no longer updat and its battery power was only good for about 30 minutes.  Transferring my music went smoothly

Best WiFi device around!!

Coming from a Nano after 11 long years this was, and still is, an adjustment. With that said, it is pretty good quality. It's too bad that Apple along with society in general is pushing everything towards phones. Well, to that I say that this is probably my last ride with an IPod period seeing how they probably won't be around in another 10 years. There are a lot of extra features on this device. Majority I don't use and probably will not. The startup was my biggest adjustment. When I say that I mean the pass-code you must enter everytime you start the device. Apple kinda makes it a requirement but this baby can hold a ton! I'm considered a music geek and only about 100 songs in and this thing is only partial full. At this point, I'd say it's safe to say I'm keeping it. For only $193 plus tax you do get your money's worth. I don't use the headphones that came with it because I already had a pair. So that must be left to individual judgement.

Good lightweight device

There's no FM receiver in the Touch as there was in the Nano and all prior iPods.  Why did Apple remove a function?  I wanted to use the Touch while running on trails, away from wifi, and without taking my iPhone.  So I returned it.

No FM Receiver

I read that it was to hold up to 8,000 songs. that is why I got this one. I have less then 2,800 on here. an its full. An thats even after uninstalling all of the apps that are on here. it's good for kids. But if you like your music, I would get a bigger version.

Disappointed

It's used. Came with cheap headphones - not the Apple as shown in the pictures above. Purchased Space Gray. Chip on the corner of the phone. For the price I could have gone with another “used” products for half the price right here on Walmart. iPod is slow / delay. May consider returning if I can.

Would not recommend. Battery dies very quick.

When you think you're getting a 32GB ipod and it's really more like 24GB because apple has "Over" 7GB of IOS and bloat software taking up your 22% of your storage space.  This should be advertised as a 24GB device.
