Great product, great pricing for Apple products even if it's refurbished.

On the site, it says it's reconditioned grade A, but it's not true. The headphones arrived in a poor state. There was dirt in the case and the earphones were full of ear wax. I am sure that no employee took the time to check and repackage them. It was disgusting and I can't believe a big chain like Walmart sent such headphones. I advise you to spend a little more at Apple, at least you know that the quality will be there.

Misleading information

The box came opened and with remnants of a previous sticker such that it was grey and sticky all over. I did not agree to purchase a refurbished pair of headphones and although I can't be sure that's what they were, they certainly gave that appearance. These were for my dad as his Father's Day gift and it was embarrassing to hand him his gift in such a state. Will never purchase from Walmart online store again. Lesson learnt!

Don't buy online - in store or don't bother!!!

I wish this review was more favorable.  We received this item quickly.  But upon receipt of this item, we quickly noticed that this item was used.  The box wasn't even the same as the item inside.  The item inside had pinch wiries.  The packaged was re-labeled as well.  I will not say that Walmart was responsible for the product and much as who they bought it from.  The third party seller is at fault here.  We returned the item with Walmart with absolutely no problem.  Walmart should watch who they purchase from.  My refund was received within 3 days of return.  The Walmart process was professional from start to finish.

Horrible Experience

The seller sent a used product that was worthless. To make matters worse, it came in non-original packaging. I took it to three different Walmart stores to return it, but their staff didn't accept it because it was not in the original packaging. Horrible experience. I should not have bought this product, as Walmart and the seller did not cooperate for a smooth and easy return.

I will give this peace of information to save you from ever buying a fake airpod on Walmart. This seller sold me a fake airpods 3. I will post pictures below for proof. If your airpods serial number on the case matches the same airpods on the ear pieces then you just bought a fake. The original airpods have these uniqueness. 1. The serial number on the box should match the one on the case. 2. The ear pieces both have unique serial numbers that doesn't match the one on the case and box. 
There is a lot of fake ones out there and on walmart too. So unfortunate that walmart doesn't have technicians that know this. Save your money for an original one or a cheap fake one.
