Great product

I bought the AirPod Pro 2 A week ago and they were delivered within a day from the retailer. 
I ordered a pair of used AirPod Pro 2 from a reseller on the Walmart app. I think it was the best decision ever because they were $150cad cheaper then new one. Also, when I received them, the case and AirPods were brand new. Included in the box was a usb c charging cable as well. 
The only thing missing were the extra tips; as they came in with the medium one preinstalled. Which fit me perfectly so I didn't mind.

Best order ever

So far the Airpods are working. They arrived with no manual and no small tips. Also there was no contact information for the retailer.

Incomplete shipment

Great noise cancellation feature, and longer battery life than the first generation, but they don't work right, and not worth paying close to $300 for them.  Every now and again the volume level turns up on its own to an extremely uncomfortable level. They also disconnect and connect over and over again where I have to reboot my phone to get it to stop and work properly again.

Don't work properly

It was sold by market place retailer and it was refurbished. The return  process is troublesome and not resolved yet by the time of the review.

Return and refund

I purchased a pair of refurbished AirPods Pro from a Canadian Outlet on Walmart's platform, and I'm deeply disappointed with the entire experience. The product was described as
"Grade A," but it arrived with numerous issues.
First, it was missing essential items, such as the ear tips and the correct charger. The charging case was also heavily scratched, far from what I expected.
To make matters worse, the product was associated with another customer's name, and I initially couldn't use the Find My feature.
Although I managed to resolve this issue, it doesn't excuse the misleading advertising.

They also told me that to ensure that the item is not scratched prior to returning. I simply returned back to a Walmart Superstore, which saved me the hassle of dealing with shipping labels. 

Considering the product's condition and the inconvenience, l'd strongly recommend considering a brand new pair on Walmart's website, rather than taking a risk on a misrepresented refurbished item. I would also suggest to avoid this Canadian Outlet at all costs, unless their product says “brand new”.

Extremely disappointed!

I purchased these AirPods that were falsely advertised as Apple AirPods but instead they came in a cheap box that were not trademarked by Apple at all. The AirPods themselves, on the case said it was made in Vietnam when all the products say made in China. I was so disappointed as I paid $290 after taxes for these on sale, however I was able to go through Walmart in person to return the AirPods and get my money back. This is embarrassing to Walmart to have something fake and disappointing be sold on their website as a real Apple product. Horrible experience.
