I was hesitant in purchasing the refurbished AirPods instead of new ones. When I received them in the mail they came in the original box and wrapped like new. They have been nothing but perfect and I have had no problems with them!

Great product!

Condition was great but there was some cracking sound in the speaker .

Good condition, fast delivery. except for the charging cable that didn’t work.

Good but charging cable  not working

My airpods are about two weeks old now and have been working perfectly fine until today, the right one squeaks and chirps if I move my head or my jaw at all. Only happens if using the noise cancellation or transparent mode, which are the only reasons to own this product. I would appreciate a refund or replacement for it. I dont know why this happened they are brand new and I have been treating them with care

Defect

I purchased this item refurbished, with the expectation that it would be fully tested and working. Unfortunately, when it arrived, it did not work at all and was making a strange, abnormal noise right out of the box. 

I understand that refurbished items may have cosmetic wear, but they should at least be functional and properly inspected. Based on my experience, I would be very cautious before purchasing refurbished items from this seller.

Don't buy from this seller

Don't order refurbished, received them broken. Left ear bud makes an annoying feedback noise that does not go away, even when fully charged.
