May break or get damaged easily, impacting performance.

Limited compatibility with modern apps due to old operating system.

Can be intuitive, but also prone to awkward handling.

Unable to update beyond a certain os version, limiting app compatibility.

Great purchase

I find this add to be misleading to anyone who doesn't realize what Apple does. This Mac
Book is 9 years old and if you're buying it on the hopes you will be able to use modern or
Updated apps I'm sorry but that will not happen. Apple does eventually force you to upgrade to keep with iOS updates and app updates. The operating system on this MacBook is too old to run anything modern. In my opinion this is just selling e waste at a profit. Walmart should definitely be putting up a disclaimer so people understand what they are getting themselves into by buying such an out of date Apple product. To certain people it might be useful but it wasn't for my kid he was disappointed he didn't do better research.

Would you pay $250 for a paperweight?

I recently purchased a refurbished Apple MacBook Air 13, and I'm absolutely shocked by the condition it arrived in. Calling it "refurbished" is completely misleading. The base cover is severely bent in one corner, creating a gaping 4mm gap that exposes the internal components. It's not just an aesthetic issue; the bent corner catches on every surface, making it incredibly awkward to use.

While the laptop seems to function, the physical damage is unacceptable. It looks like it was dropped or crushed. The bent metal is uneven, creating a truly unsightly appearance. It's impossible to ignore, and there's no way to cover it up. I'm also deeply concerned about the long-term durability of the laptop. Any minor bump or impact will likely cause further damage or break the already compromised screw.

This is not what I expected from a "refurbished" product. It's clear that minimal if any, quality control was performed. I feel completely ripped off and would strongly advise anyone considering purchasing a refurbished MacBook Air from this seller to look elsewhere. This is a complete waste of money.

Aside from that, B&HCellular replied with a generic email: "We are currently experiencing a much higher volume of emails than usual due to the holidays." wishing: "We wish you a Happy Holidays and a Happy New Year!", so probably they will take care of my issue in a couple of months minimum.

Extremely Disappointed with this Air - Avoid!

Very disappointed. I did not receive the compatible charger with the laptop so I could not use it.
