When my watch arrived in the mail it was dead and I thought something was wrong with it. Usually apple products have somewhat of a charge. I charged it and all is well. Love this watch. I'm obsessed with it. I do think it's important to know it does NOT COME with a charging PLUG. You need to purchase a USB-C charging box. The watch comes with the wire but you need the usb-c box to use it. (This is the new charge boxes apple recently changed to.) Other than that, the watch is great and I haven't had an issues.

Soooo great

When I received the apple watch it was completely sealed and brand new in the original box with a fast watch apple charger. It was dead when I got it and I charged it and checked the battery health because of the other reviews. My battery health is at 100% . I think the charger that came with it doesn't charge it as fast as others you can get. I use my partners apple watch charger and it charges fast! There were no scratches or problems.  (Side Note) > The photo may look like there is a crack but it's just the glare!

Great product, lightweight, attractive.  directions/getting help was  not easy  arrived completely dead and comes only with a "c-plug" charger which is not convenient for me and took 2 days to get a charge that would last more than a few hours for me.

Disappointing…difficult to sync with my Apple iPhone; lightweight %26 comfortable, but no instructions and had to order the power outlet for charger separately, which I didn't know about %26 which added additional $20  to cost. 
Packaging is fancy %26 sleek, but no instructions included…finding %26 matching instructions online very time consuming and inconvenient, especially after having to wait a few more days just to charge the phone. Battery was totally dead until I got the charger and charged it for 24 hours. 
I placed my iPhone near the watch, but it still took a very long time to sync and I still don't have good instructions or access to how sync music, phone numbers with contact names, or other apps on my iPhone. 
The watch itself is very lightweight and attractive. I just want a quicker way to actually use it!!

Difficult to set up; needs separate power attach

Received 2 of these after I had first replaced and neither would power on after charging 2 hours. Had to send both back. Poor quality Walmart. Really?
