I ordered this new iPad because my older one couldn't a lot of the newer stuff.  This iPad is amazing and it has 256 GB which is way more than I had with the older one.

This IPad does everything I need it to. I'm glad I did not spend more money on the newer version. I considered buying a different brand of tablet,  but with the markdown price of this one I'm glad I went with the Apple product. Set up was easy and I was able to transfer phone data and simply deleted what I didn't need.

13th Generation perfect got my needs

Super easy to set up exactly what I was looking for. Shipping was fast and easy. I didn't even have to be home to sign for it. The only thing that was confusing was it said C type charger but it was actually a lightning to C type charger so it doesn't match any of my other newer Apple chargers

Great ipad

Perfect and at a great price.  It is exactly the same as some selling for over $420.00.  Fast delivery and it works just the way I had hoped.  I am 77 and couldn't figure out how  to get the info from my old ipad to the new one. I went to Apple Store and in no time it was done and perfect.

I've had no issues with this iPad, it's my first one and everything transferred over from my iPhone seamlessly. I've yet to use the SIM card feature yet so I can't comment on that.

Going great so far

Thought I was buying a new 9th generation iPads. Turned out that they were used. I was willing to accept the fact that they were used, but they came out of service from a company that utilize them with mobile device management.  I could not enroll them into our mobile device management. The return process was really straightforward, even though it was a third-party.

Make sure you read the details before you buy

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with a recent purchase from Walmart. The item in question was listed as brand new, but upon opening the package to perform the initial setup, I discovered that the iPad I received was already configured with Mobile Device Management and belonged to a healthcare company. I find this to be a deceptive and unacceptable practice, as such items should never be part of Walmart's inventory.

I contacted Walmart customer service and was informed that the item provided to me was indeed new and that my only option was to request a refund.

I immediately visited the Walmart store in Scarborough to process the refund. The experience was nerve-wracking, as I was initially told that if the item was purchased from a marketplace seller, I would only receive a refund of $250. They then checked the serial number, and when I inquired about the possibility of exchanging the item for an identical one, I was told that this was not an option and that I could only receive a refund. Fortunately, I was lucky enough not to have purchased the item from a marketplace seller.

This entire shopping experience has left me with the feeling that I never want to engage in any transactions with Walmart again.

The managers at the Scarborough store who handled the return process showed a complete disregard for customer satisfaction and did not acknowledge any wrongdoing on Walmart's part or the need for fair treatment of customers. My only request was to exchange the item for an identical one available in-store, but this was coldly refused, and I was given a plethora of scripted reasons for the denial.

I have marked this review as a 4 only because I was able to obtain a refund (although I have not yet received the money), but please understand that as a customer, a refund is one of the worst possible outcomes when attempting to make a purchase.

I ordered this iPad on October12,2022 so it is not very old~ It freezes up & I can't even turn it off for a while! I am very very Disappointed!
