Charging Performance

Overall Quality

Value For Money

Battery drains faster than expected and recharges slowly.

Takes longer than expected to fully charge the device.

walmart.com

My girlfriend loves this iPad, the screen is clean and nice the set up is normal and this is also kids friendly incase your getting it for a kid the battery life is great but does take a little to charge when it's cold

Great ipad

The iPad works fine, the sound just doesn't get as loud as it's supposed to. Other than that it was a great purchase!

Overall so good.

I just set my iPad up but my volume is not working i don't know how to get it to work

Advice?

Device is refurbished and I have some concerns with its consistency in operation . Return process appears daunting . will keep as is and hope for the best . Likely will not buy refurbished in the future .

proper operation .

Not bad for the price, bought it for my 8 year old son, the issues I'm having is the charger did not work and it does not hold a charge.

Pauses routinely, disrupting games, conversations and shopping. Have to power off/on to recover. Makes ipad pretty much useless. want a refund.

One you put full charge on turn off turn back on next day battery dead won't hold charge

It doesn't support a pencil. I need one. I'm going to send it back unopened.

Doesn't support any kind of pen, apple or generic
