It just came in today.  I thought I was buying a new one since it didn't state it was refurbished, but it does say sold by certified refurbished. There was a couple of tiny scratches on one corner. What I wasn't expecting was for it to come in a case and already have a screen protector on it. I wish I knew before I ordered screen protectors and a case. If I ever need to order again I will look into these guys first.

I was surprised in a good way

I purchased two of these and the iPads work great but the chargers they sent were not actual iPad chargers and my son was charging his iPad when he realized the cube feeling hot and smelling like smoke so I had him try the other one they sent and while he was sleeping he woke up and realized his iPad wasn't charging and he could smell smoke again and the cube part burnt straight through . Thank god he woke up when he did . Those charges are unsafe !

It came in and was charged. It died and when I tried to charge it, it wouldn't come back on

It won't download any apps from App Store

Very disappointing
