Phone was in great condition and is a great value but the charge plug stopped working after pushing it in. I used a straight pin and slid it back and forth up in the charger opening and got a lot of lint out now the lightning plug goes further in and continues to charge . Also wondered why the phone only came with like 12% charged .

With this message, this could indicate that the battery was replaced with a non-genuine battery, was already used or installed in another iPhone previously, or the battery isn't working as expected. The battery message doesn't go away

like the price, but the quality was no good. The screen and battery was replaced and the phone has permanent warning on both unless I have them replaced at the Apple Store, which will be over $400.
