Battery

Phone was in great condition and is a great value but the charge plug stopped working after pushing it in. I used a straight pin and slid it back and forth up in the charger opening and got a lot of lint out now the lightning plug goes further in and continues to charge . Also wondered why the phone only came with like 12% charged .

I bought this phone because my previous one broke but this is amazing

Great deal and phone

Once you learn to turn it on and how to close apps you don't need it is a charming, very powerful device. Connected to Bluetooth hearing aids is a nice feature.

Initial hurdles

The was in general was fine. Like new with no defects in sight. The reason behind the 3 stars is because you really cant hear a thing when you get a phone call. Its either use the speaker phone or have yourself a pair of earbuds . I would have tried to return the phone but i have no patience and ive already dropped the darn thing.

Looks aren't everything
