Phone was in great condition and is a great value but the charge plug stopped working after pushing it in. I used a straight pin and slid it back and forth up in the charger opening and got a lot of lint out now the lightning plug goes further in and continues to charge . Also wondered why the phone only came with like 12% charged .

Good looking iPhone Pro Max

Once you learn to turn it on and how to close apps you don't need it is a charming, very powerful device. Connected to Bluetooth hearing aids is a nice feature.

Initial hurdles

For starters Fed ex just left it on my doorstep anyone could have stolen it. Second it came not working. Not turning on not charging not nothing!

Doesn't work.

The phone I got was cracked and very scratched would not recommend to buy from this company. It's not Walmart is the sub supplier.
