The Walmart web site promised "... exceptional battery life ..." - however the battery does not last as long as the 5 year old battery i my current iPhone 12 ... unfortunate since the reducing battery life was one of the motivations to get a "new" phone ... so this is very disappointing! We were pleased with the appearance of the phone - and the display surface was in very good nick (we were worried about scratches and the like) ... and the phone generally behaves the way that one would hope. Delivery was very prompt - before promised!

After less than a week we are getting a battery not recognized and screen not recognizing notice from Apple. It says we need to take it to an Apple Service Provider for repair or replacement.

Do not buy a refurbished Apple iPhone from Walmart online. It freezes and hangs. I am very disappointed. I worked for Apple and did all of the troubleshooting. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED.
