Showed up in a smart device box instead of the original box but the iPhone looks just as the original. I have no complaints so far so good. I thought the battery would've been a problem because it came with 76% battery life and it should be at least 80%. I don't have any trouble with charging or battery use. I'ran fully functioning and I'm happy with my purchase.

iPhone 12 Pro Max

The phone looks great! There aren't any noticeable scratches. There are a few tiny scratches on the screen but they aren't noticeable at all unless you look for them. The battery life is great too, long lasting. Overall wonderful phone.

Looks brand new!

After having destroyed an iPhone 16 pro max that was a replacement for my 12. Pro max, which was also destroyed, this looked like a great deal …..and it is! Looks almost new and works perfectly so far. A little issue with battery life but that could be my settings. Yes, I would recommend a friend!

Almost like new!

Delivery took 1day longer than originally stated but the phone looks and works great with easy data transfer and phone set up. Minor scuffs along edge of phone only. All in all I'm pleased with it.

You said like new would not have minor scratches, but the screen would have no scratches at all, and my screen has scratches all over it. There is no other scratches on the phone whatsoever, but the screen has scratches all over it even the lady at Walmart the day I got it in the mail. I went straight to Walmart and she could see them all over the Screen of the phone so that is misleading and inaccurate website information.

Inaccurate website information

Turned it on and went to set up apple care and see that it's telling me I need a new battery in it and I can't get apple care either. Purchased it as like new and working flawlessly and it's not.

Was great until I turned it on

Received the phone with the back of it broken, and the speaker doesn't work . I tried to make a phone call and had them on speaker and the other person on that end couldn't hear me . I've tried to contact my warranty support and they are refusing to help me. It got delivered aug 20th I picked this up yesterday because it was shipped to my parents house and because of that they are refusing to help. 
DO NOT RECOMMEND

Poor quality

I am too disappointed with this purchase I wanted to be reimbursed, mail they do not want, they just keep asking me silly questions. K'I don't know you to buy phone in walmart

The speakers are blown and connection to internet and data are terrible. The phone is in 1-10 being worst to best is a 4. The battery is almost 79% integrity
