It's not like new it's scratched up and it had crud in the charger port and speakers the speakers are a little scratchy but it does work well and holds charge good too not bad but not like new

Battery capacity 85%, a few scratches but besides that perfect for the price

will not charge says theres liquid in the port

MY kiddo loves the new to her phone. Battery life is like new. everything about it, is like new.

This phone is not refurbished like new. It has multiple scratches on the screen and obviously has been dropped so that the bottom corner is cracked on the screen and chipped up on the edge.

Not like new

When I got the phone there was many dents  and scratches. This isn't what I thought “like new” was, it's disappointing.

This is their definition of “like new”

Major initial problem for the first two weeks and trying to get the firm updated to iOS and be able to maintain Internet connection. Now is working fine at least seems to be. Your cell phone virus was indicated and required a McAffee fix to maintain VPN connection.

i'm always sorta nervous buying things online but this phone was actually pretty good! It arrived pretty quickly, there's barely any signs of use on it and there are no scratches. the only thing is that when i opened it the phone was out of the packaging. But it might have happened during transport and there was no damage so i didn't really mind.

Good phone!

I was a little scared about setting this up by myself, especially since the iPhone I am replacing has a horribly bad cracked screen. It went rather well. It took a while to transfer things but it wasn't hard at all, and it looks like everything is working well.

Great iPhone so far

This award goes to my Dad for suggesting I buy refurbished. I always thought it meant accepting a iPhone that lacked functionality but after getting my refurbished Phone 13, I now know it means all functions fully restored. At this great price I'm not scrolling in debt or at a deficit.
