I highly recommend this book which is sometimes a difficult read. I have received my own healing of wounds and blaming God & others for the abandonment I felt after losing several family members. Death can be a struggle and often the hurt is too fresh to receive the comfort needed. This book took me back to those places with the healing balm of love and understanding. Thank you Dr. Anderson.

Wonderfully inspiring!!! Terrific book. I have bought a dozen or so and given to family and friends because it is so good.

Extremely inspirational...

After the recent passing of my father, I was given this book by a friend because he thought it would help my grief. Of course I was skeptical and didn't even look at the book for a while. Then one day I just got bored and started reading. Once I started reading, I just simply couldn't put it down. I love how transparent the author is about his life's struggles, and couldn't believe how much of his life was very similar to my own. God has definitely given this author a gift for writing. If you have lost a loved one, as most of us have, I highly recommend this book. God bless

Great read, simply couldn't put it down!!

I loved this book and was a little surprised that I liked it so well. I read it after being hounded by a family member but quickly found myself engrossed in the stories. Now I am recommending it to other people! I know a nurse who got on shaky ground with God after a tragic death in her family. She is okay now but I'm still going to buy her a copy of this book. I believe she can appreciate both the spiritual and medical aspects of it.
