[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how easy to store this hose is. Made of tough material. Overall easy to use. The length was just what we needed here. Not once have had to deal with it tangling or crimping up. I do highly recommend this hose.

Very Heavy Duty!!

Right Product

Ive just discovered how to keep this hose from kinking. I used this about ten times and got frustrated each time. Ive looking at hose wheels, hangers etc. finally I just discovered how to store the hose so it doesnt kink When Im done I leave the water one and turn off the nozzle keeping the pressure in the hose, then I roll it up on the ground where I store it. Then release the pressure and turn off the water. When I go to use it next time let the pressure build and no kinks.

I have purchased 3 of these hoses and while I have had no problems with the first one (an orange hose) I then ordered two black hose. Within 3 weeks of receiving these one them began leaking at the male coupling and then outside black sheath pulled loose from the male end and retracted back up the hose. about 3 feet. I called and the customer service was very polite and agreed to send me a replacement hose, which I received within a week. However that hose along with the other original hose both developed the same problem as the other black hose after just a few uses. The original hose then blew the entire male end coupling off the hose. While I like the light weight of these hoses this appears to be a quality control issue and manufacturing issue where they are not designed to hold up to being used multiple times a week. I will try with Customer service again and perhaps save the hose for a light duty application.

Durability issues

It didn't last a long time it broken after 12 days of use I wish I could get my money back.
