I have a Camper that I often go off-grid boondocking in.  On these excursions I often have to tote in water to resupply for 1-2 week stays, and will use up to a dozen of them at a time.  I find the Reliance Aqua-Tainer 7-gallon containers to be the sweet spot in potable water containers in terms of capacity/cost.  The plastic shells have high durability, and the Sturdiness is only beat by much heavier metal can-containers, the removable caps are easy to use with a variety of supply options from fixed faucets to hoses, etc - and the included spigots are super easy for most campsite applications..  When empty the containers are amazingly lightweight for their relative volume, and they easily clean up when I get dirt, sand or mud on them.

I've previously tried bladders, hard cans, and other water tote options, but when considering all my requirements, this is solution I keep coming back too.

If you need a good water container for your water hauling needs, I recommend you evaluate this 7-gallon storage option from Reliance.  It's certainly been reliable for me.

This is a fantastic product to store water for emergency needs. It holds 7 gallons when full, has a hide-away spigot inside the lid, is made of durable high density polyethylene (HDPE), blue to keep sunlight out which prevents biological growth like algae and mold, and is square so it easily fits on racks and even stacks. This container is also ideal to keep in a truck, trailer or RV when camping or other outdoor activities like fishing or hunting when a source of clean water is needed for cooking, cleaning, or washing up.

Tough, essential water storage container

We used these water jugs during a recent week long camping trip in the bush. We had two of them and they worked great. The included spigot worked nicely to control the flow depending on how much water you want to come out. The handle is sturdy and handles the weight just fine. The vent cap seals well and doesn’t leak during transportation. I’d recommend these to anyone.

They do their function -- to store clean/purified water.  To avoid possible leaks I would NOT stack them on each other.  Best to keep them in shelves.

Reliance Aquatainer -- stores water well

These are the best priced water containers, they are great quality too. People need to keep several of these containers and FEMA urges us to store water for emergencies. Water is more important than food, you can’t survive without water very long but you can survive without food for several weeks.

These are The Very Best Water Storage Containers as long as you buy some O Rings for the Spigots. Plus the Delivery for this Order was Amazing! I received them in less than one day because my Local Walmart had Door Dash deliver them to me! I thought that Walmart would Ship them to me, but they hired a Door Dasher instead! So I am Very Impressed with this Order and the Water Storage Containers. If you want to buy the very best then Buy these Reliance Aqua-Tainer Water Container 7 Gallon, but remember to buy some correct size O Rings (Attached Picture is Correct Size O-Rings to buy).

The Very Best Water Storage Containers!

Can’t beat the storage capacity for the price. Make sure to keep the caps level and screw them on properly to prevent leaks. When you do that, it works perfectly. Great design. The spigot design is clever. Just change it to the external side when you’re ready to use it. I store these upright to ensure no leaks. Works great!

It’s worth doing a soap and water rinse followed by baking soda soak to get a lot of the factory plastic smell out before your first use.

Great value and high quality

We got the Reliance Aqua-Tainer 7 Gallon Water Container for storing our drinking water, and I really love it. It’s sturdy, holds a good amount of water, and is very easy to use. The spigot makes dispensing water simple and clean. It’s been very convenient for our needs, and I’m really happy with this purchase.

The best feature of this container is the cap, which has the same thread on the spiqot as a standard garden hose (3/4" GHT).
I'm actually using it to winterize boats so I was able to remove the spiqot and screw a garden hose shut off in its place, with no modifications, and then a quick connect with a short piece of 1/2" clear hose with garden hose fittings to run to the boat.
The cap fits tight, no leaks at all, and the vent allows for full flow or can be cut off some.
I removed a star because $30 is expensive for a plastic jug, 5 gallon gas cans don't even cost that much and they're rated for fuel.
I did get it for $20 when ordering online for pickup/delivery but $15 would of been what I would consider worth it.

Great Design, No leaks, Could Be Cheaper

I live near Hot Springs, AR and have recently been bringing water home for use. I like it a lot. Found these carriers on sale at a crazy good price. Only problem is that theDO drip from the spigot g(where it screwed in). I had to buy an O ring for each jug to stop the drip. Other than that these seem really great.  Bought four jugs and built a shelf system for storage and easy refill for smaller bottles.

Storing water.

They sell alot of these for good reason. like replacement parts, form and function, my little review wont impact their sales one way or another. Lying walmart, where I bought this online for delivery, is a huge part of my initial product experience, and the unprincipaled gipsters gipped me 5 dollars in the cart on a buy two for $5.00 off listing, not flsgging the differance in my cart. This after I pay them for a membership to serve me well. Walmart gets ZERO STARS!!!!! FOR HONESTY!!!!!!
