This is the second countertop Aquasana filter I've had and I wouldn't be without one. I first became acquainted with aqua sauna because we had a big unit in my office and so when I found they had a home one I bought one immediately. Although our city water is pretty good once you start drinking the Aquasanta you don't ever want to drink the city water again and I don't buy bottles of water anymore so hopefully that saves the environment as well! The unit is well worth the investment!

My Aquasana review

I'm remodeling my kitchen so I don't have access to my under the sink filter from Aquasana.  This filter is a perfect solution - no need to buy wasteful plastic bottled water.
Aquasana is a great company to order from.

Safe and great tasting water.

love my Aquasauna. The water taste great, it looks nice on my counter and I don't have to buy water in plastic containers. I worry about plastic leaching into the water. I don't have to worry about it now. Great buy.

Great purified water

We did not realize how great water could be.  It is the easiest way for someone in an apartment to get purified water and after going through 3 gallons a day, it is the most economical.  Love the product, would highly recommend for those who buy bottled water.

Water quality/economic

I opted for the dispenser option, but bought the pitcher as well. At first, the setup was unclear but that was my fault for not clearly reading through the given instructions. Once I got the hang of it, it went more smoothly. I love how fast it filters the water. The only downside is that it's very loud when it does it. That's the only not-so-good thing about the item. I will still recommend this product to people I know though! I'm satisfied.

Good overall item

I love my Aquasana Clean Water Machine! It was super easy to assemble and set up, and filtered water for drinking in minutes, which by the way tastes great!

Aquasana Water Filter Review

Just bought this filter 3 weeks ago. Pro's: Easy to install and use. The water is crisp and delicious. Con's: The filter periodically turns on by itself. Water may collect on top of the pitcher when filling it. These con's are very minor.

Delicious , Healthier Water In Seconds!

Our Experience with the Aquasana Clean Water Machine is mixed.  We purchased the first one about two years ago.  The water tasted very well, and we liked the device.  At some point the machine did not function well any more: it stopped running for a second or so and then continued.  The periods of not running got longer and more frequent so that we expected the machine to die completely.  We therefore purchased a new one.  While the water again tasted very well right after it was filtered, the taste got very bad if the filtered water stood around for a couple of hours, and it got worse as time progressed.  This did not go away after having used the machine for several days.  We still had another filter from the previous machine.  So we replaced the filter, and after that everything was fine again.  For sure there was an issue with the filter delivered with our new machine.

Mixed Experience

OK so first to its credit, the water tastes great. We just moved to an area that has a ridiculously high chlorine level in the public water, so bad it smells like a public pool when you first turn on the faucet. The Aquasana works beautifully for providing fresh tasting water with minimal ppm. But the device itself is a disaster! It has always been a bit of a trick removing the pitcher from the base, but that I can get over. The main problem now is that when the pitcher is placed on the base the filter turns on and never stops. It just keeps making that awful noise (another downside to the device is that it is very loud when filtering the water). I think this is happening because it isn't fully emptying the filtered water back into the filter; some of it remains in the base. Which also means that any time the thing gets jiggled water leaks out of the base all over the counter. This started happening less than 2 weeks after we got it.
