Price

Great product, size and price. Bought for son's dorm room and he's really happy with the quality

Great quality

This is an inexpensive way to cool off a small room. It is plug and go. Great instructions. Easy peasy. The only drawback is for sleeping, the light is a bit annoying and the fan is a bit loud. It did make it comfortable enough to sleep during the heat.

Affordable way to cool

It's a little high maintenance, and the actual price ($70-90) is ridiculous, but the personal air coolers on Amazon are dollar-store quality compared to this.
For one thing, it actually comes with an A/C adapter. Not only is it better than those, or a USB mini fan, It's also easier to clean than both.

On top of it being overpriced depending on where you buy it from, it's a hassle finding the right outlet to get a replacement "True Shield" Cooling Cartridge; I've been bounced around 3 different websites. Thankfully, because 1 cartridge will last 1-3 months, you won't have to worry about this if you're only going to use it for the Summer.

If Arctic Air/Ontel was less gimmicky and improved their customer service %26 support, they'd have a far better reputation.

Expensive, but worth it.
