It's very well made with adjustable air flow and the fact that it is rechargeable is fantastic.  Love it.  Really looking forward to using it during very warm weather next summer!

This product is well made and features a simple and effective air purifying and cooling system. It is light weight and comfortable to wear! Cools me down quickly when l am overheated!

I love this product. It is very COOL. But, if you have a large neck, it doesn't fit and, therefore, causes the motor to be right at ear level and it is way too loud.
I had to give it away.

Not as quiet as I thought, but it sounds like a fan in your ear. Read that it was flexible but is not. While wearing, it gets stuck under chin when turning head or other small movements. It does allow a small cooling sensation when on high for a bit. Was using outside, maybe it works better inside with a cooler environment.

Artic Air Freedom

I have purchased at least 10of these, the first 2 times were for my own personal use. The rest of the orders have been for family and friends to use at outdoor sporting events, lawn care activities, while cooking food on grills, and other working situations with inadequate air conditioning to help to reduce their heat exhaustion and provide cooling comfort that could suit their needs at that particular time without having to deal with excessive changes , other heavy lifting, extra bulky equipment, and needless running back and forth to avoid the heat risks or repeatedly recharging the air conditioner. 

They have a pretty decent charge hold that provides decent air conditioning on more than one level of airflow. It has  worked very well to provide  cool air flow to relieve the heat for me and  also for my cousin who suffers with hot flashes. 
My greatest concern was that the equipment that came with the first few orders could not be used with any other charging cable and block. The charging equipment was unique to the Artic Freedom air conditioning neck collar and would not fit in other electronic devices nor could the Artic Freedom be charged with any other cables or charger. When I contacted the company about my initial experience with my first purchase, which was that the cable end that fit into the collar had broken off. they sent me an entire whole new package consisting of the neck collar and the charging cable and block. They informed me that i would not have to worry about it.   True to their instructions and notification, I received a completely new package with the Air Collar, charger,  and charging cable for my replacement.  I used this and enjoyed it.  I shared the equipment with my cousin and purchased additional Artic Freedom personal neck air conditioners for my daughter who lives in Georgia and her family to use while, they were watching my grandson during Soccer practice or while he was playing his soccer games. The equipment worked to give them a degree of comfort during the hot soccer season.

This fan is actually quite loud and not powerful enough - not worth the cost

Loud and weak

The product itself is great, nice, chilled air 3 settings. However, it only lasts an hour or so, and then the battery dies.

Short life

I received mine already defective - light does not come on when charging- doesn't last to long after charging… only one side gives out air 😕

Very disappointed

I don't like this because it's not flexible nor does it blow to face it's a waste.
