This brand is the best to buy to make veggie soup or just on their own in a stirfry season with your own seasoning and they are the best to have as a side or on their own. I recommend this product and all other varieties with this name brand.

This blend has lots of high nutrient density vegetables such as broccoli , beans, water chestnuts . The vegetables taste top notch quality and are excellent to be used with any stir fried sauce fried rice or steamed. I would definitely recommend to stock up on this on sale. However product availability in Walmart stores Calgary is very limited . It's only available in select super entries which is very disappointing considering Walmart has one of the best prices on this product .
