I use 4 of the XL chillin brews in the bottom of my 150qt ice chest and then add my drinks, then one 20lb bag of ice over and it will last 3 days solid of continuous opening/closing in South Texas heat. The team has 12 girls so imagine them all grabbing waters and gatorades all day. Usually by the end of the 1st day the melted ice on the bottom freezes at the bottom into one giant solid piece ice so I don't have to buy anymore over the weekend. If used as directed, these panels are awesome. I am a Yet guy so I also had the 4lb Yeti ice substitute and compared them head to head for a week and in the end, I returned the Yeti and bought more chillin brews...the chillin brews lasted longer but also took a little longer to freeze.

Arctic Ice, Reusable X-Large Ice Pac

It was a bit wider than I thought, but the other dimensions were dead on, as I am sure the width is; I just perceived it as less wide.  That being said, it is heavy, but them ice would be heavy too.  I ordered a very large ice substitute for the size of my cooler, but it fits.  I can put room temperature water in it in the morning and have water that feels as if it were refrigerated by lunch!  This is exactly what I wanted!

I love cold water on hand, this does the trick!

I purchased the RTIC cooler and two of the 2.5 chillin brew packs. I believe the cooler is great, if you have the right ice pack. I used two of the 2.5 freezer chilling brew packs for my cruise, but my 6 sodas were cold for only a day. I was very disappointed, after researching which freezer packs to get. I returned the two freezer packs to Walmart.

Very disappointed!!!

This Ice Pack is awesome.  Stayed frozen the whole day in a soft sided thermal bag.  Great for travel softball tournaments where we are under an easy-up in the shade, but still out in the heat.  I've tried other ice packs and this one works perfectly.  It's heavy but that's okay.  Kept our lunch safe and cold.

I do not load a cooler without Chillin Brew in it. Keeps my beer, water, sodas cold for days. Just make sure you get enough for your buddies to use!!!

Coldest Beer Ever

5lb chillin brew worked great. Put it inside collapsible cooler and it chilled water bottles for one day with outside temps of 70 degrees. Very pleased with not having to buy ice.
