ideal for 1 or 2 people -- I bought my freezer in November nothing to say but like any freezer you must not open too often my neighbor bought at the same time and opens too often so must defrost me opens 1 time week not very satisfied

Three practical

I bought this small freezer and I am very satisfied. It takes up little space, makes no noise. I was looking for one with the door that opens like a fridge. Inside, the 3 sliding baskets offer a good space.

Amazing!

The freezer works as expected and the three shelves makes for easy access. Only about 1 month in though. Very disappointing that it arrived damaged. The bottom of the box was half missing so that probably was why there was a huge dent in the door. If I was picky I’d have been pretty annoyed, but since it doesn’t affect how the freezer the seals I’ll just keep it as is.

Good but arrived damaged

Havent had it long but i had been told not to buy an upright freezer cause everytime ine opens the door everything falls on the floor. I saw the baskets included and that cinched it for me. I love it ! Took all the little articles out of my other freezer and pit them in this one where i can get to them.

The Baskets make it Perfect

The freezer arrived with a small dent on the top. I don't want the hassle of exchanging it and kept it as is.

I took one star because it arrived with a dent. I didn't want to bother with returning it but got a check today to balance it out.

It works really well. I'm very pleased.

Arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Has 3 drawers but they don’t pull out very smoothly. I may not use them for the long term, just use the shelves.

3 cu ft upright freezer

It tends to growl, it is the vibration of the drawers in the door or on the walls that makes this noise. It would be a great item if it wasn’t for that.

Grondement

When I bought my freezer I paid for the delivery. My freezer was left in the entrance of my building of more than 400 tenants without me being warned I could have had it stolen easily. Rotten service.

Delivery

The freezer was dented, so we ordered a new one, which was also dented! The box and packing foam were not  damaged, which led us to believe it was a factory error. Walmart's 3d party delivery service Loomis is a major pain to deal with (they don't even give an estimate of pick-up time), as is Walmart, who were terrible on the phone, did not assist in coordinating delivery of 3rd freezer with pick-up of second, and really did not assist us or offer a discount for the major inconvenience at all.
