My husband and I downsized when we bought our new home. Our old freezer has never given us any problems but it simply didn't fit in the new house. We started looking for something smaller and we're surprised when we found this one on a Black Friday sale at Walmart. As the eight local stores sold out almost immediately, we tried online. Thank goodness we were able to snag one (there were only 6 left). It even arrived one day earlier than expected and I loved that it got delivered right to our house. The freezer fits perfectly, works great and we couldn't be happier. Thanks Walmart.

Just Perfect!

Received the first time with defect (broken). Did you have to pay back and buy the freezer? Why not just exchange... But they offered me 10 percent off the new one. Thank you!

Works very well

I bought this freezer during the boxing day sales and I have no regret. I like the size because I live in an apartment and it was actually the size I wanted, as I was expecting my baby soon and needed to stock up on veggies, beef, chicken and homemade frozen foods

Great value perfect size

I bought for my mother and it was delivered to her apartment two days later. They even went up the flight of stairs with it to her apartment. The delivery people were super friendly. It was my first time buying from Walmart online and I am very pleased.

Exactly as promised

I bought the freezer about a month now, the size was perfect for my apartment and easy to install. My wife also loved the removable basket.
Most importantly: the freezer is quiete! specially when compared to our fridge, which is supposed to be quieter.

Quiete and works perfectly

[Employee of walmartcanada] I bought this a few weeks ago coz ive been wanting to have one to store meats for summer grilling. I waited for the price to rollback and when it did i did not think twice to get it. Its not that big coz its only 5.0 cubic feet but it fits our need. It is quiet and so far have been working really well. The experience for online order was great coz i had no difficulties ordering and it was free shipping too. Also, it arrived earlier than expected so i was really happy about it.

I bought this in January and 92 days later it stoped wotking. Since it was padt tge 90 days i must contact the manufaturer for the warranty  well i did and they said they don t fix that model and they will refund the purchase price minus taxes. They asked me to cut the plug and scratch off the serial number and send them pictures of this. I did exactly as they asked plus  a copy of the bill. Well then they play around with me saying "we have received the pics but we can t print them so untill you send a different fille format the ticket is on hold" i had sent a jpeg file and they can t print it ? How is that my fault ? Also i called back and they can  t even tell me what kind of file format they want. On and on like this for over a month now and still nothing they kerp comming up with diffrent reasons the last one was to take my laptop and using my webcam to take a screenshot of the cord and serial number. What do you think? Am i being laughed at and they hope i will just give up ? Anyway i highly recommend that you think twice before dealing with this company.

Do not buy

I purchased a freezer online....the option to pick it up was not available in my area despite there being 5 stores to choose from. I instead had it delivered. When it arrived, there were 3 noticeable dents in the freezer. It still works, but I'll never order from them online again.

Walmart now sells pre dented appliances!!
