Seems to be a great little freezer. It is very quiet. I have it in a bedroom. 
Freezer arrived with a couple little dents, although the packaging showed no damage. So I assume dents were in it before it was boxed . Doesn't seem to affect the operation of the unit so I didn't return it.

Quiet freezer for in home use.

've been really happy with the Arctic King 5.1 Cu. ft. Convertible Chest Freezer so far. It has a good amount of space without taking up too much room, and it runs quietly. I like the convertible feature because it gives flexibility to use it as either a freezer or refrigerator depending on my needs.

It cools quickly, feels sturdy, and the energy consumption seems reasonable. Great for storing extra groceries, frozen foods, and meal prep. Overall, it's a practical and affordable option for a small family or apartment.

Great Compact Freezer With Plenty of Space

We just purchased this little freezer due to our age we were having a hard time going into the basement for our old one. This freezer fits perfectly in our kitchen with no stress of falling down the stairs thank you it works perfect

Arctic king 5.0 freezer

It's small but mighty.  We have been using and have no issues.  It was packaged so good and since taking it out of the box and using, so far so good.  Would recommend.

Love this products

The price was right, it works very well (so far after 4 months), it was delivered on time to our Apt. building's front door and I could easily wheel it on a dolly and lift it and shift it into position. 
IF I have any regrets, 1) the inside is not divided (but I fixed that with two small styrofoam pieces I found in the garbage... I would have otherwise used cardboard cut to size);
2) We have filled it up too quickly... and there's no more room for other frozen bargains.
So now, we'll just have to re-adjust our buying and eating routines.  LOL 😂

Great Small Freezer for small Apt.

We bought this freezer as we needed more freezer space for meal prep and this does the trick. It's quiet, small and fits A TON of food! Only reason why it isn't 5 stars is because it came damaged, a dent to the top right corner of the lid, however this doesn't affect functionality!

Great Little Freezer

Got it during rollback. huge discount. Was happy. Unfortunately, product has a deep dent and there is no replacement option. Delivered to my doorstep but I need to return it to a store myself (not an easy task for the item of this size and weight) if I want to get a refund which I'm not really interested in. I prefer a replacement. As of now, product is working as expected. Would've given 5 stars if there was no damage. At least 4 if there was a replacement option.

Could have been

Freezer came with not one, not two, but three complimentary large dents after renting a van to pick this up from my local store. When I spoke to the online orders help at Walmart they provided me with no viable option to resolve the issue. I'm really disappointed with this experience and wouldn't recommend buying anything more then groceries using pickup.

What a terrible experience, this is the third one i had ordered still have dent and damaged. I just give up. Because when i was returning the first and second fridge it was Wasting my time in morningside walmart ,have to wait  like 40min because I bought it online and they need online associate to come  and to tell walmart customer care employee to approve  the refund.

Dent and damaged fridge

Got freezer home and it had 3 significant dents. And not just it fell over and had a dent but more like someone ran into it with a forklift. 
Called WM and after 2 days we were able to exchange it for a new one. But man they were slow to satisfy us. 
Anyway we were smart this time and took it out of the box before we left the store to ensure it was ok. Once home the freezer works great and is a very good unit but the CS at wm was less then satisfactory.
