Seems to be a great little freezer. It is very quiet. I have it in a bedroom. 
Freezer arrived with a couple little dents, although the packaging showed no damage. So I assume dents were in it before it was boxed . Doesn't seem to affect the operation of the unit so I didn't return it.

Quiet freezer for in home use.

've been really happy with the Arctic King 5.1 Cu. ft. Convertible Chest Freezer so far. It has a good amount of space without taking up too much room, and it runs quietly. I like the convertible feature because it gives flexibility to use it as either a freezer or refrigerator depending on my needs.

It cools quickly, feels sturdy, and the energy consumption seems reasonable. Great for storing extra groceries, frozen foods, and meal prep. Overall, it's a practical and affordable option for a small family or apartment.

Great Compact Freezer With Plenty of Space

We just purchased this little freezer due to our age we were having a hard time going into the basement for our old one. This freezer fits perfectly in our kitchen with no stress of falling down the stairs thank you it works perfect

Arctic king 5.0 freezer

I gave this freezer a 5-star rating because Arctic King freezers are excellent and I definitely recommend the brand! I've had two of the black 3.5 cubic foot and I had no issues with either one of those. I recently purchased 13 Hungry-Man dinners that Walmart currently has on rollback and it made the 3.5 cubic foot freezer too full so I thought I can't have this, lol, being as I want to really take advantage of very good sales/rollbacks and buy enough. My one neighbour recently mentioned about wanting a freezer and so when I thought about buying a bigger one I definitely thought about her and offered her the 3.5 cubic foot which she bought. I was actually thinking of buying the Arctic King 7 cubic foot black freezer because the colour would have went better in my room because I have a combination dining/living room but after doing some thinking I figured it was too big for me because I just live by myself. The 5 cubic foot is kind of a great size because it's not too small nor too big. You can fit 7 Hungry-Man big dinners on the shelf horizontally and have 3 vertical just to give people an idea what can fit on the shelf. I'm really glad I bought this freezer and of course with Walmart you have free delivery. I'm in an apartment building and it was brought right up to my apartment door unfortunately I was sleeping and had my phone off when it got delivered but I'm sure the person would have brought it right in my apartment if I would have been awake. The freezer is very easy to move around and there are two leveling feet on the back bottom which I love because my floor where the freezer is is very uneven so I just adjusted the one foot and now it's sitting perfect not wobbling. After my great experiences with the other two Arctic King freezers it was a no-brainer to get another Arctic King freezer. The thing I really loved about the 3.5 cubic foot was that it only got frost around the top of the freezer there was never any frost and ice that got on the walls further down so if I have the same experience with this 5 cubic foot it's going to be awesome because with frost build up just happening around the top on the sides it makes defrosting very easy.

Not too heavy to move and has 2 leveling feet.

It's small but mighty.  We have been using and have no issues.  It was packaged so good and since taking it out of the box and using, so far so good.  Would recommend.

Love this products

Got freezer home and it had 3 significant dents. And not just it fell over and had a dent but more like someone ran into it with a forklift. 
Called WM and after 2 days we were able to exchange it for a new one. But man they were slow to satisfy us. 
Anyway we were smart this time and took it out of the box before we left the store to ensure it was ok. Once home the freezer works great and is a very good unit but the CS at wm was less then satisfactory.

3 dents on a supposedly new freezer.

Wouldn't shop with Walmart online again.  Received the freezer and it was badly dented and scratched.  Customer service requested that I 'bring it in to the store' for a replacement.  I advised them that it wouldn't fit in the car and they could come and pick it up and replace it.  Was told I would have to be at home and it needed to be in packaged condition.  Again I advised that the packaging was torn up upon opening and I didn't feel it was fair to take another day off work to facilitate a pick up that was only available during 'business hours.'  They offered me a $20 voucher (not a refund) which is a bold assumption that I would still want to do business with them.  No thanks!  Beware that refunds of large items are not handled very well.  Would not recommend Walmart online.

Won't order from Walmart online again

Ordered the freezer and given an expected arrival date. Then it was delayed, Then it arrived 2 days early and had numerous dents, scrapes and a broken seal. Picked up for return 10 days ago and Walmart says they have not yet received it.  At this rate, my refund will not be for several weeks.

very disappointed

Freezer was damaged when I unpacked it. It looks as if it was dropped. I don't know if there is additional hidden damage or if the damage would have an effect on future performance or durability. Walmart refuses to pick it up for refund or exchange. It's not a bread toaster that I can easily bring back to Walmart myself. Walmart service is absolutely terrible.

Be careful

Avoid this product and delivery from Walmart. If they was a negative 50 star rating for this survey, that is what I would use. One star is far too generous.
The thin styrofoam surrounding the freezer in the box  was in a million pieces - a sign of things to come. The freezer was dented and cracked all over. Product is cheap and flimsy.
I called customer service and was offered $10.00 in compensation. That's right TEN DOLLARS.
The alternative was to have freezer picked up and returned to warehouse - which 1. Is anyone's guess how long that would take.  2. A replacement would be delivered. Given the state of the first delivery ( which was no where near the front door I might add) why would anyone want a repeat of that?
Not to mention, the obvious- and that is what is to be done with the contents of the freezer? 

“Sorry ma'am, there nothing else we can do”

Really? 

Never ever will I order anything from Walmart again. Happy to share this message far and wide.
