The freezer has a very sleek look to it. It is very easy to access the food inside with all the different shelves. I am changing from a chest freezer to an upright. The biggest advantage is you don't have to unload half the freezer to get what you need. With the full door and the shelves it makes it very quick and convenient to grab what you need. The freezer runs very quietly as well. So far, I would say a great product.

Good Quality Freezer

Solid unit, Arrived exactly on the day they said, no dents or problems with it as well.  Started it up after 3 hours of sitting upright (had to lay it flat in the vehicle to get it here) , its around 3" shorter than my actual fridge, so its a bit bulky, but keeps things very very cold, Plenty of shelves and impossible to lose things in it like a chest freezer.

  All the shelves and unit itself was well packed with foam protecting its exterior and tape and foam security every one of the glass shelves.

Only thing I didn't like was that there are no temperature indicators, so I went to a hardware store and picked up a simple freezer gauge to know how its doing. I placed the setting of the freezer to 1/2 way thinking that would be correct, seems to have it frozen down to -18 or so degrees (Canada).  I reduced it a hair more and its sitting around -10 to -15 .  I'll have to find out exactly what these machines should be freezing at to know how low I should have it. 

Overall , a great machine and quiet .  Takes a bit of space in this small 1 bedroom Apt, but worth it to only have to go out and pick up veggies when needed and get all the freezer items I could want when on sale.

Oh, and the door is reversable (ie: can open left to right or right to left)
Weight is around 100lb and has a height of 56"., Width of 21.5" and Depth of 22.5" .  Manual states that you should have it off the wall by 4" for heat displacement.

The Energy efficiency Sheet that came inside the freezer states a 47$/year cost of operation (which really isn't bad).

I Consider it a 9/10 in product value. Bought it @ 180$ off of current regular price for Black Friday, so I think I made out alright.

Tall and very practical

My first upright freezer. Although it is easier to find things I find it doesn't hold as much as a chest freezer. It works good and fits inside my pantry perfectly though. It's good for just two retired people.

The unit came in a undamaged well packed box.
The unit itself was undamaged and was as advertised.
For a couple or family of three the size is just right especially if limited space.
Works good,quiet. It was one of the more inexpensive freezers,it's basic but it's doing the job.

It was upright like I wanted and it fits great in our kitchen. It has tripled our freezer space availability love it. This freezer is exactly what I needed. It's not huge, but for one person, it's perfect. I especially like the shorter top shelf which is terrific for ice trays. 

The fact that it's upright provides easier access to all the food. 

I wish it came with baskets, but I happened to have one that was not only exactly the right size, but I no longer needed it for what I bought it for.

I am extremely pleased with my purchase.

Perfect Freezer

I t arrived safely and is working fine except my thermometer says it's only freezing to 20 which is frozen but I thought it would be lower.  I'm a little worried about the temperature when  it's summertime.  But I think it will be OK and the price was great

I love this little freezer!  It could use a light inside, but we placed it where it's lit up by the ceiling light a nearby.  With just the 2 of us, a big freezer was too expensive, but also not necessary.  This holds most everything we need near the kitchen.  We have a little bit larger refrigerator/freezer in the shop for bigger things.

Nice small freezer

The freezer was 3 days late arriving, it was laying on it's side - not good for appliances especially fridges and freezers. It has a deep scratch with a dent in the side of it.  The workers had difficulty finding my item and we had to help locate it.

Never Again

I recently purchased an upright freezer, and unfortunately, my experience hasn't been great. One of the main issues I've encountered is excessive frosting inside the unit. This has made it difficult to organize my food and has required frequent defrosting, which is quite inconvenient.

Additionally, I've noticed that the freezer doesn't seem to stay in place very well. It tends to shift slightly, which is frustrating, especially when I'm trying to access the contents.

Overall, I'm disappointed with this upright freezer compared to others I've owned in the past. I expected better performance and reliability. I would not recommend this model based on my experience.
