This freezer is exactly what I needed. The freezer in my refrigerator was too small. The glass shelves are better than wire shelves in that drinks, and condiments in plastic bottles stand upright without falling over. The freezer seems quite enough. The delivery by FedEx is another matter. The freezer was dropped, or hit by something. There is a dent on a back corner. I am going to guess that was due to some mis-handling from Brantford to my doorstep. The driver dropped off the freezer by my front door, then stole away quietly, and of course, did not knock on the door. That would have ruined his get away. I happened to hear the vehicle leave. Despite the dent in the freezer, I am going to keep it.

this freezer, which you can use as either a fridge or a freezer depending on which setting you choose,  has an incredible seal!  when you close it it seals tight. the freezer is so roomy too.  we have a regular refrigerator/freezer in the house and its just my husband and i but we like to stock up on our meats and sometimes our frozen treats for summer and this is perfect as an extra freezer for just that. i would recommend this to anyone needing extra space. its like having an extra kitchen freezer. its just the perfect size.

It is a small (which is what I wanted) beautiful freezer.  I placed it in my garage and it
works perfectly.  I am glad to have made the purchase and  the delivery was timely.
Also I enjoy that it is an upright freezer, which makes it easier to view your frozen
products.

Just Perfect

I love the fact that it's silver and it keeps everything perfectly Frozen. the shelves inside are adjustable so you can make a bigger space or smaller space depending on your freezer needs. I have plenty of shelving so you can separate your Frozen stuff. I've had it 2 months and I really like it

Perfect size! This freezer got to freezing level quicker than the manual said it would! It also came with not a scratch or dent on it or in it. We love it!!!

so far, so good, but the fridge came with a a couple small dings. Not a deal breaker for me since they're not very big, not on the door and only visible to me. The dings are not why I deducted a star as shipping and handling isn't a feature good/bad of the product but of the carrier or handlers 

So far this fridge/freezer is doing it's job. It gets really frozen, so i was able to turn it down but there aren't any dots or markers that I can see to indicate how far i am actually turning it down so it's a gamble I guess.  It's light so when I open the door, it moves away from the wall a little each time. That being said, it came with some kind of device to lock it down, may be iinstall it if yanking the fridge around is a problem. I'm not sure if that means the seal is just really good or not but I am going to assume so. there's plenty enough room in it for my needs and I like that the shelves are installed so that a couple  have enough height for larger items . i can't see that any are removable. i wish some of the shelves in the narrower spaces were. i find it's easier to get more in it when I can stack ground beef or repackaged meats on top of one another rather than trying to organize everything on shelves. I just don't need that many for a meat freezer so I to use it for veggies fruit ice etc to alleviate some of the congestion in the main freezer. I wish I'd known about these frezer/fridges before I bought my refrigerator. i could have bought three of these and still saved a grand and had more room. imagine the space and organization of four!? two side by side fridges (one strictly for drinks or fruits and veggies at the perfect temp) and two freezers... Oh well.

Only time will tell if it lasts. I can't see why not, but I still keep my fingers crossed. I'll update if anything happens before a couple years.

So far-works great

it said frost free, but I see ice build up

Refrigerator works very well. It does keep things nice and cold. My only drawback is it came on the top of the refrigerator. This is the second one I bought, and they both have exactly the same dent on the top for that reason I only give it a four star. I did not return it because it keeps things called and I can’t see the on the top.

Good but dented

This fridge does not keep temperatures steady. I have 2 thermometers in there. I set the temp to be at 34°. Haven't touched it for days. It is opened maybe 2x a day. I am the only person who has access to it . Yet things suddenly are frozen. My cold brew coffee is suddenly frozen. 2 bottles of champagne exploded in there. Ruined multiple products like avocado oil mayo $9.99/jar, not to mention the bottle of Dom Perignon. (I have removed the remains yet because I need gloves to protect from injury). The fridge also arrived dented

Unreliable inconsistent performance ruined food

It looks nice and seemed like a good price but it drips like crazy.    It freezes in some spots and doesn't stay cold in others.     My food and containers constantly have water on them because the top drops. %26 everything on the bottom freezes.   There's no middle ground with it.     Such a waste of money.
