May arrive with cosmetic damage, affecting appearance.

Product surface may arrive with noticeable imperfections.

I got the freezer about 5 months ago. It  doesn't take up a lot of space, suitable for apartments. I do not open it everyday as it is for my long term food storage. So far it works as expected. Makes a weird noise anytime I close the freezer door, only thing I noticed. However, that might actually be part of the design.

Freezer is Working as expected

Waited awhile before giving a review to ensure it's accurate.  Have had the freezer for a couple weeks now.  Waited 24 hours to plug it in as we wanted to keep it upright for that amount of time prior to turning it on.  I have it packed full and no issues with ice buildup or items not being frozen.  It's small and gets the job done.  Did arrive with a minor ding on the door but doesn't affect the functionality whatsoever.   The door seal is TIGHT, ensure you are done in the freezer don't try to open it again after closing it right away - shouldn't do that with any fridge or freezer but never had a seal as good as this!

My freezer was damage free.  
I unpacked it plugged it in and went to work.  When I came home it was very cold.  I put a thermometer in the unit and check the temperature.
I'm looking forward to storing my homemade  unbaked home made cookie dough.
I'll check back and give a better review once I start using the freezer.

Perfect freezer for my small apartment

This vertical freezer offers excellent performance for storing additional frozen goods. It provides ample space, maintains consistent temperatures, and operates quietly. Its sleek design fits well in any space, making it a reliable and efficient choice for home or business use.

Perfect for Extra Freezer Storage

This is a good size freezer. It's easy to see everything that's in it, with several shelves. It keeps things very cold. My only complaint is that the arrow on the dial is hard to see. So it's hard to tell where it's pointing.  I used a black marker to make it easier to see.

Happy with this purchase

Upright Convertible Freezer/Refrigerator is only a Freezer. When using this item as a refrigerator, it collects excessive water due to condensation therefore you cannot not use it a a refrigerator because it can't be turned down to refrigerator settings it has to stay set at a freezing temperature. Also the booklet that came with it states that it shouldn't be used for refrigeration purposes for any lengthy time. I tried over night and it was not possible. I got up about 2:30am to get some milk and when I opened my Upright Convertible Freezer/Refrigerator it had excessive water condensation and nothing was cold. I had to set temp to freezer temp and that is the temperature I am currently using(freezer temp setting).

Excessive moisture buildup when using as refrigerator. Included manual even states to place top shelf high up because this is an issue. Also ice buildup in the bottom when running as refrigerator. Manufacturer said this wasn't common yet manual warns about it.

I purchased this unit because it was advertised as a refrigerator/freezer combo, but that is completely misleading. This is only a deep freezer, with no refrigerator function at all. Walmart's listing is inaccurate and very frustrating for buyers who expect both options. If you're looking for a true refrigerator/freezer, be warned—this is not it. Hopefully Walmart corrects the description so others don't waste their time and money.

Misleading Advertisement-  This is Not a Fridge !!

I've always wanted an upright freezer, and at first it was great. Adjustable shelves game me the ability to have some smaller areas for specific things. We used it for overflow, stock ups, ect. as we live in an apt, so we didn't access it every day.  Last week I noticed several  ice cream cartons had melted. Since they were in the front and other items were still frozen I thought maybe we just weren't shutting the door fully at times. Several days later we come home to puddles surrounding it and everything soft and unfrozen. We had to throw everything except the vegetables. All our meat ect to the garbage. There are only two brands of upright freezers that I could find in this size so we will try the other one. Maybe I should have gotten a protection plan, but I detest that we just can't trust/expect things to work properly for a normal amount of time.

Stopped Working After 4 months

The first one was delivered damaged. The second one was delivered with a broken seal so everything frosted over and leaked. The 3rd one is ok but accumulates frost really bad. Customer service was difficult. They initiated a retuen and sent someone to pick up the second one when i asked them wait because it was full and i was hoping the company would replace the seal instead of me having to have a 3rd one delivered. The only reason i ordered a 3rd one qas hecause the size is perfect and i couldnt find another one like it.
