My freezer was damage free.
I unpacked it plugged it in and went to work. When I came home it was very cold. I put a thermometer in the unit and check the temperature.
I’m looking forward to storing my homemade unbaked home made cookie dough.
I’ll check back and give a better review once I start using the freezer.

Perfect freezer for my small apartment

walmart.com

I bought this because of the price and I needed a freezer. It's perfect for me to use as I have a bad back(10 surgeries and still in pain). I am able to find what I need easily. I also have my partner here and he's in a wheelchair and he is able to see what he wants to
My sil has had cancer surgery and is recovering from a heart attack and it's hard for her to be bending into a chest freezer. All in all I love it and tell everyone how nice it is, quiet, and easy to get into.

Bought this small freezer to keep my work lunches separate and easy to find. It was lighter than expected so easy to get into my basement. Easy to unpack - and it was very well packed and protected. I had to change the door swing and the instructions weren't all that clear, but I figured it out and it actually wasnt hard. Love the extra room and so far the freezer is working perfectly.
VERY happy!

Glad I bought this freezer!!!

The freezer doesn't have a light in it, other than that, I like the freezer. I would like to know if there's a stick up light I could use in the freezer?

Bought this as an extra freezer to keep in our laundry room. It maintains its temperature to keep all the food frozen. We've only been using it about a month, but we love it.

Works great

this freezer is amazing holds great temperature and runs very little would definitely purchase again I have purchased 3 one for myself and one for each of my nephews

This was also for my sister and she stated that, it shorter than her previous freezer however more spacious and wider on the inside. JoAnn is EXTREMELY pleased with this purchase.

Sister Loves

I got the freezer about 5 months ago. It doesn't take up a lot of space, suitable for apartments. I do not open it everyday as it is for my long term food storage. So far it works as expected. Makes a weird noise anytime I close the freezer door, only thing I noticed. However, that might actually be part of the design.

Freezer is Working as expected

I really like the fact that this unit can be used as a fridge or freezer. I currently need extra fridge space so have temp set for fridge. The only thing that prevented me from giving it 5 stars is the lack of "drawer or basket" that is usually in the bottom shelf. The easy to move shelves make it simple to adjust the shelves to the height needed. All in all a great product.

Ease of Use as Fridge

The first one was delivered damaged. The second one was delivered with a broken seal so everything frosted over and leaked. The 3rd one is ok but accumulates frost really bad. Customer service was difficult. They initiated a retuen and sent someone to pick up the second one when i asked them wait because it was full and i was hoping the company would replace the seal instead of me having to have a 3rd one delivered. The only reason i ordered a 3rd one qas hecause the size is perfect and i couldnt find another one like it.

Awful experience
