It’s perfect for my needs. Based on the other reviews I was expecting it to be severely dented and damaged but I had no issues. I stock up on meat while it’s on sale so this is the perfect size for 1-2 people. I was grateful to get it on clearance.

Cold dream

It works well, easy to set up, cools quickly and very light.

Its a good quality

The freezer came with dents, the power light is not working. I bought the white one last year and it came good.
I think I will return it.

Dented and power light not working

Freezer came on time as expected. Works perfectly well. Started working after I allowed it to settle for almost 24hrs before using it. The only reason I am rating it 3 stars it’s because it came without two legs, I had to improvise cause I wasn’t ready for the hassle of returning it and then a part of it was dented a bit and it had this loud noise for a freezer which I had to put some paper on the thermostat side to hold it and prevent the shakes. Asides that the freezer works perfect everything inside got frozen up within hours

It came badly dented and couldn't get a replacement. There was no damage to the packaging so it means it was damaged before shipping out.

Dented product

Arrived damaged and was only given a $20 in store credit. And origianlly was only offered $10. The cost to come pick it up and ship it back would have far outweighed this amount of money. Walmart was very unreasonable about this issue and I was not happy with how I was treated in this transaction.

Defective and damaged item

If I could give 0 I would - the item arrived damaged (see pictures) and I was informed that apparently Walmart doesn’t do exchanges?

Out of the box it was dented and should have been remedied. I will change my rating to 5 stars if I get proper customer support, but so far the people I’ve spoken with have all told me I have to bring the item back (despite me having it delivered in the first place - I don’t have a vehicle for this size item).
